Coaching with Depth + Strategy + Soul

You want a coach who gets it—like REALLY gets it.

-Not a cookie-cutter coach who’s going to tell you to “prioritize your time better.”
-Not a “rah-rah” accountability coach who just makes sure you check boxes (or conversely, a “woo-woo” coach who tells you to “just raise your vibrations”).

You want someone who can read between the lines—who can hear what you’re really saying when you say, "I just need to figure out my next steps."

Because next steps aren’t the problem; it’s who you are becoming that feels uncertain.

You want a coach who has the range to help you navigate:
Big life transitions (without burning everything down in the process)
The internal tug-of-war between your career, your soul, and your sanity
The high-achiever hamster wheel that makes you feel like you’re never doing enough
How to stop living for external validation and actually enjoy your life.

You don’t need another book recommendation; you need someone who understands human psychology, the soul, and how to break patterns that have been running the show for decades.

You want coaching that feels like a deep, transformative conversation—not a corporate performance review.

Here’s where I come in. As a coach, my goal is to see your highest potential, with a focus on authenticity & clarity. I strive to provide coaching that is:
Intellectually sharp but deeply intuitive
✨ A mix of strategy and soul
✨ Designed to help you think in new ways, not just do more things
✨ A safe space to explore big existential questions (Why am I doing this? What actually matters to me?) without feeling like you’ve joined a cult.

“Jane is a rare combination of friendly warmth and shrewd business sense. She cuts through the clutter and noise and helps entrepreneurs grow the business that's right for them, rather than the one the noisy business-coaching landscape is telling us to.” -Katherine Zavodni, kznutrition.com

A Little More About Me…

As both a leadership coach and a psychotherapist, I love helping people navigate the path to a meaningful life. I apply these principles in my own life in the mountains of Asheville, NC, where I'm an outdoorswoman, world-traveler, dog-mama, local-beer-snob, and coffee-shop connoisseur. (I also love to do business coaching for solopreneurs who are starting or growing their small businesses).

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from Vanderbilt University, a B.A. in History from Colorado College, and a habit of buying books faster than I can possibly read them all. I also love listening to, and being a guest on, great podcasts.

Coaching (especially 1-1 coaching) lights me up! I’d love to chat about how I can help you.

My Values

Business, like life, goes better when we follow some core principles. These are the guiding values of my Coaching:

  • The world needs your work. Having a thriving business allows you to serve your deeper purpose in the world.

  • It can (and should) be fun. Starting and running your business doesn't have to be a struggle. Hard work, yes; torturous uphill-slog, no.

  • Knowledge isn’t enough. We also need the encouragement, motivation, and energy of others to help us put knowledge into practice. "If information was the answer, we'd all be billionaires with perfect abs." -Derek Sivers

  • We can’t wait for the fear to go away before taking action. Courage isn't the absence of fear; imperfect action is the only way forward. The confidence comes after we leap. "We become who we pretend to be". -Kurt Vonnegut

  • Making good money is a great thing. It allows us the freedom to have balanced lives, which in turn helps us to be happier & more present at work. It allows us to bless others, and to serve our clients well.

  • You can have what you want. The "permission fairy" isn't coming to deem you worthy of your dreams. Waiting for permission and worthiness might mean never getting started. It’s time to go for it.
