I Almost Didn't Post This.. (Just In Case Dragging This Week, Solopreneur)

“I just don't feel like doing anything today. What's wrong with me?"

I had big plans for today (including finding another funny story to turn into a business lesson for you).

During a phone check-in with my trainer, I sheepishly admitted that I'd skipped this morning's workout to take a nap instead.

She reminded me that Daylight Saving Time happened this week, and a lot of people are dragging. Sleep cycles impact everything.

I was so, so grateful for this excuse reason for just feeling meh today.

It may be weird for me to talk about the impact of sleep, being that I'm a business coach.

But sleep affects your energy and mood more than you probably realize, and running a thriving business requires your energy and attention.

Good sleep is one of my favorite productivity-hacks.

But instead of lecturing you on sleep-hygiene, I'm just going to share this with hope that you'll give yourself some grace if you haven't been your best self this week.

Take that nap.

Leave some items on your to-do list for Monday.

Your body will have adjusted to Daylight Saving hours more by next week, and you can re-start your kickassery then.
